Provident Voucher T&Cs

1. Provident Voucher is a refundable voucher issued at the request of the person interested in buying in homes/plots from Provident Housing Limited/ Puravankara Limited and any other sister concern.
2. This voucher can be redeemed against the purchase of one home/plot in any of the RERA approved projects or for payments of instalments for any unit across any project of Provident Housing Limited/Puravankara Limited or any other sister concern.
3. In case the voucher is not redeemed, or the holder seeks for refund within three months, the total amount paid (including any taxes paid) shall be refunded within 60 days, without any interest.
4. This voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
5. On executing the necessary documents including the Agreement to Sell the transaction shall be governed solely and exclusively as per the terms of the Agreement to sell.
6. In case of any dispute arising regarding the contents/ validity of this voucher, the decision of Provident Housing Limited/ Puravankara Limited/their sister concern shall be final and binding.
7. The courts in Bengaluru will have exclusive jurisdiction on all matters connected with this voucher.
8. On the requisition of a refund, the same shall be initiated on intimation, and completed within 45-60 days.
9. I also understand if I/we decide to withdraw this Provident Voucher Application Form prior to confirmed allotment of an apartment and signing of an application form, the company shall return the cheque/refund the amount in full without any interest implication, in local cheques in 60 days.
