BE Architecture with 2 to 10 yrs experience with a developer. He / She is responsible for Understanding of working drawings, presentation drawings, Detailing, Planning and Elevations of working drawings , Co-ordinating with service consultants, architects and vendors, attending site meetings.

MEP Engineer
B E Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 15 plus yrs experience in scheduling and monitoring the project WRT MEP services., Managing the workload of Project Discipline Engineers & Technicians, Resolving the contractual issues & correspondences related to all MEP sub-contractors.

Electrical Engineer
B E – Electrical with 05 to 10 yrs work experience with a Builder / Developer constructing High –rise buildings. The job responsibility include design electrical plan and coordination with external contractors,implement proper procedures for execution, draw up work schedules and tracking progress.

Executive / Sr. executive - Sales

Graduate / Post graduate ( MBA Preferred ) with 2 -6 years experience in selling High end residential and commercial properties.
